PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service construction device, service construction method, and service construction program that can assist in immediate development of a service through use of outcomes of machine learning.SOLUTION: A service construction device 10 includes a setting unit 12 for setting a learning condition, a learned model acquisition unit 13 for acquiring a learned model learned in accordance with the learning condition, a registration unit 14 for registering the learned model in a model database MDB, an arrangement accepting unit 15 for accepting an arrangement of one or more blocks corresponding to one or more types of processing including processing of invoking a specific learned model from the model database MDB, and a processing control unit 16 for exerting control such that one or more types of processing corresponding to the one or more blocks are executed in an order in accordance with the arrangement of the one or more blocks and exerting control such that a prediction result is output by the specific learned model on the basis of input data for making prediction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
