PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a medical treatment using an appropriate neutron capture therapy by considering a deviation of an irradiation position.SOLUTION: A neutron capture therapy system 1 comprises a control unit 50 for operating as a dose distribution output unit that on the basis of a positional deviation amount of a position of a subject S measured by a position measurement unit 40, outputs a dose distribution of a neutron beam N with which the subject S has been irradiated. Thereby, a medical treatment using an appropriate neutron capture therapy considering a deviation of an irradiation position is enabled. Quick output of a dose distribution obtained by considering the deviation of the irradiation position is also enabled. In the case of multi-gate irradiation, estimation of an actual dose distribution makes it possible to set a condition for the next irradiation by considering shortage of a dosed amount. Even in the case of a single-gate irradiation, accurate data can be stored as a result of the medical treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
