PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow appropriate corresponding measures to be taken for risks and intentions of not only creditors but also debtors at the time of a sudden drop of market values of securities used as collateral of a loan.;SOLUTION: A collateral management device 100 includes: a storage device 101 that stores intent information 125 of a debtor for securities, i.e. collateral objects of a loan; and a computation device 104 that compares a value of the securities with a prescribed criterion on the loan, transmits a notice to confirm whether the securities will be sold or not to the debtor's terminal 200 on the basis of the intent information 125 before execution of a sales process of the securities if the value falls below the prescribed criterion, and executes the sales process of the securities if an answer obtained from the terminal 200 indicates an admission of sale.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
