PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping inspection sensor, a piping inspection device, and a piping inspection method using the piping inspection sensor that prevent thickness reduction inspection omission in the circumferential direction of piping and can conduct flaw inspection without limiting piping.;SOLUTION: A piping inspection sensor for inspecting piping from the inside of the piping includes: at least one sensor unit that can emit ultrasonic waves from the inside of the piping toward the piping, and receive reflection waves of the ultrasonic waves reflected by the piping; and a sensor support part that supports the sensor unit.
