PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change positional information of each facility based on map information.;SOLUTION: A facility-position change program according to an embodiment refers to a storage section storing positional information of a facility associated with specific map information to allow a computer to execute a processing to extract positions of a plurality of facilities. Also, the facility-position change program allows the computer to execute a processing to identify a facility-position corresponding to each of the plurality of the facilities using other map information. Also, based on the identified corresponding facility-position, the facility-position change program allows the computer to execute a processing to change the positions of the plurality of the facilities while maintaining the relative positional relations between each of the extracted plurality of the facilities.
