PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate directions from which radio waves arrive including directions on the same plane as well as directions perpendicular to the plane.SOLUTION: A direction estimation device 100 comprises: a plurality of antennas 121 that are arranged on the front face of a substrate so that the directions of directional main lobes are different from each other; at least one antenna 121 that is arranged on the rear face of the substrate; a radio wave intensity acquisition part 111 that acquires the signal intensities of radio waves entering respectively the plurality of antennas arranged on the front face of the substrate and the at least one antenna arranged on the rear face of the substrate; and an estimation part 113 that estimates directions from which the radio waves arrive on the basis of the signal intensities of the radio waves acquired by the radio wave intensity acquisition part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
