PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for controlling a coal crushing device capable of further improving coal output delay.SOLUTION: A coal crushing device comprises: a rotatably configured table; a roller for crushing coals fed from the table; a rotation classifier for classifying dust coals obtained by crushing coals using the roller; and an air feeding part for generating an airflow guiding the dust coal toward the rotation classifier. Besides, an apparatus 400 for controlling the crushing device comprises: a first command value generation part 500 for generating the command value of a first parameter including at least one of a table rotation speed, a pressing force of the roller to the table, or the air feeding amount in the air feeding part; and a second command value generation part 600 for generating the command value of a second parameter including at least the rotation speed of the rotation classifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
