PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel pharmaceutical compositions for preventing and/or treating movement disorders associated with drug administration (for example: L-DOPA-induced dyskinesia), or motor disorder side effects, in a prevention and/or treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD) using levodopa (L-DOPA) or a dopamine related drug.SOLUTION: Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for treating movement disorders or motor disorders or side effects thereof associated with the administration of levodopa (L-DOPA) or a dopamine related drug to a patient with Parkinson's disease, the composition comprising a dose of 5 mg/day of eltoprazine or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof for significantly alleviating the movement disorders or motor disorders or side effects thereof by administering to the patient needing thereof without affecting the efficacy of L-DOPA.SELECTED DRAWING: None
