PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem with a large cross-section tunnel construction work that no method is available to simultaneously execute internal construction work of a vertical shaft, shield excavation work, and equipment work inside a tunnel shaft, resulting in decline of work efficiency.;SOLUTION: A construction member of an internal structure of a tunnel vertical shaft comprises at least of precast members assembled in parallel crosses when seen in a planar view, and includes: four intersections provided on diagonals of a rectangle on a same horizontal plane and near an inner wall surface of a vertical shaft, aligned with a tunnel axis direction in one direction; a horizontal material connecting the adjacent intersections orthogonally; a columnar material vertically connecting the corresponding intersections in vertically adjacent layers; and a connection material connecting the intersection individually with each connecting part formed on the inner wall surface.
