PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device for a drug remaining in the skin and a measuring method for a drug remaining in the skin capable of easily and reliably examining photodermatosis, which is an adverse effect of a treatment using a photosensitizing reaction, in a non-invasive manner with excellent reproducibility.;SOLUTION: A measuring device S for a drug remaining in the skin for measuring an amount of a photosensitive substance remaining in a skin tissue of a living body includes a cuff 10 wound around a part to be measured of the living body, which oppresses the part to be measured. The cuff 10 is provided with irradiation means 23 for irradiating a skin tissue of the part to be measured, with an excitation light, and detection means 24 and 32 for detecting the intensity of a fluorescent light discharged in the skin tissue in response to the irradiation of the excitation light.
