The present invention relates to a P-type skutterudite thermoelectric material, a production method thereof, and a thermoelectric element including the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a P-type skutterudite thermoelectric material that exhibits high thermoelectric performance by introducing a specific filler or charge compensation agent, a method for producing the same, and a thermoelectric element.
