PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly functional and inexpensive integral type anchor using a general purpose hexagon long nut and a fixing bolt capable of providing the function equivalent to conventional integral type anchors using an exclusive and expensive long nut with flange.SOLUTION: A clip fixture 11 includes: a horizontal plate part formed with a bolt hole into which a fixing bolt 13 is inserted; and a pair of up-right plates 112 formed on the outer edges of the horizontal plate part. Each of the pair of up-right plates 112 has a fall-off prevention fold-back which is formed in a central area thereof. The pair up-right plates 112 also has anti-co-rotation catches on both sides.
