PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information system or the like that has a lighter burden and higher objectivity than before and is capable of preferably measuring a sociability QOL index.SOLUTION: A medical information system includes a collection unit, an identification unit and a measurement unit. The collection unit collects sociability action information regarding a measurement object person. The identification unit identifies social relationship between the measurement object person and others and a behavior pattern of the measurement object person using the collected sociability behavior. The measurement unit quantitatively measures a sociability item of the measurement object person using the identified social relationship and the identified behavior pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
