WOODEN SQUARE TUBULAR LAMINATED THICK-PLATE CONTAINER HAVING R-CURVED SURFACE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden laminated thick-plate container that is simple in processing and joining, and also has the R-curved surface with wood grain of a woody sheet of a natural material, the R-curved surface of the surface wood grain laminate bringing a circle music-like design, or circular bend, and provide its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A substantially square-shaped wooden thick tubular container is provided in which a side plate is made in the R-curved surface by using a thick laminate. In the container, the thickness of the side plate 6 laminated by using a thin plate with a thickness of 0.8-1.2 mm is made into 2-10 mm, and the thickness of a bottom plate 4 is formed in a vertical width of 50-250 mm, a lateral width of 100-250 mm and a height of 40-200 mm by using a substantially square-shaped thick flat plate of 5-15 mm. The corners of the container each are formed in the R-curved surface of a radius of 10-30 mm. A linear part of the length of 10-250 mm is provided at the middle of each corner. The container has the R-curved surface forming a lidded substantially square-shaped tubular configuration of the wooden thick side plate with a capacity of 100-2000 ml. Thereby, the wooden square tubular laminated thick-plate container and its manufacturing method are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
