PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bake a baumkuchen with saved power by reducing a heat quantity required to bake the baumkuchen and its exhaust heat.;SOLUTION: A baking position to bake a baumkuchen is arranged on a deep side and a dough coating position for coating with a baumkuchen dough is arranged on this side, nearly horizontally, and a baking furnace installed at the baking position is formed to be lowered, which reduces the capacity of the baking furnace. A linearly back-and-forth movable slider which is capable of linearly reciprocating between both of the positions and can have a shaft attached thereto and detached therefrom and an opening and closing door which is shaped to form nearly a right angle and is capable of opening and closing the front of the baking furnace by a reciprocal circular movement are interconnected via a link plate to link by using the linear movement of the shaft, and the opening and closing door is simultaneously opened and closed in an advance direction by a circular-arc movement. This reduces the opening period of the front of the baking furnace with the movement of the shaft and the heat quantity and the exhaust heat for baking are reduced.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 26;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
