PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a stack pattern allowing for positive stacking of box bodies without a collapse of the box bodies.SOLUTION: A stack pattern computing apparatus 24 for computing a stack pattern in accommodating a plurality of kinds of box bodies in an accommodation area comprises a storage section 241 that stores the dimensions, weights, withstanding loads and number of the box bodies for each kind and the dimensions of the accommodation areas, a minimum combination computing section 242 that computes a combination in minimum unit of one or more box bodies presenting a constant height and minimal bottom area, a layer combination computing section 243 that computes a combination of layers presenting a rectangular shape in plan view by horizontally arranging minimum units having the same height out of minimum-unit combinations, a stack pattern candidate computing section 244 that computes a stack pattern candidate by vertically arranging layers of layer combinations, and a stack pattern candidate modifying section 245 that modifies the stack pattern candidate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
