PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine learning apparatus which can predict failure of a fan with high accuracy, a device which contains the machine learning apparatus and method of learning a machine.;SOLUTION: A machine learning apparatus which learns failure prediction of the fan comprises a state observation unit which observes state variable related to actuation of the fan, a label acquisition unit which acquires label concerning presence or absence of failure of the fan, and a learning unit which creates the learning model predicting the failure of the fan on the basis of the state variable observed from the state observation unit and the label acquired from the label acquisition unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
