PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately recognize a logical relation between item names of a document and a logical relation between the item name and an item value, when longitudinal listing, lateral listing, a composite type of the longitudinal listing and the lateral listing or a listing type nest structure is included in a document.SOLUTION: A logical relation recognition device 10 extracts item name nodes. The logical relation recognition device 10 deletes an edge when a plurality of nodes are adjacent to a predetermined direction of one node. The logical relation recognition device 10 acquires an inclusive relation between the item name nodes. The logical relation recognition device 10 deletes the edge when the item name nodes are adjacent to the predetermined direction of the item name node. The logical relation recognition device 10 acquires a logical relation between the item name nodes.
