Embodiments of the present invention provide a head-up display, a head-up display method, and an in-vehicle display device. The head-up display is used to form an image by reflecting the imaging beam to a digital light processing unit used to generate an imaging beam and a reflective surface cooperating with the head-up display. And an adjustment unit used to give the image a predetermined depth by adjusting the direction of the reflector unit. The present invention provides a good fusion of display information with the environment by showing an image having a desired depth. Not only can this present information in the best mode, it can effectively avoid the driver's visual fatigue and therefore avoid danger.
