PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sailing body control device, a sailing body control method and a program for sailing body control, which can prompt an operator to safer operation.;SOLUTION: A sailing body control device 200 comprises: an operation part 210 for inputting an instruction concerning the sailing of a sailing body; a reaction force application part 230 for applying reaction force, which is the force against the inputted instruction, to the operation part 210; and a determination part 220 for determining whether or not the instruction is inadequate, on the basis of a result which is collected by a measurement part connected to the sailing body and includes the environment around the sailing body.
