PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device which inhibits interference between a vibration stopper part and a peripheral member of the vibration control device in a more secure manner, and to provide a refrigeration cycle device including the vibration control device.SOLUTION: A vibration control device includes: a first bowl-shaped frame; an elastic member fixed to an inner surface of the first frame at an outer portion; a second frame including a cylindrical part in which an outer surface is fixed to an inner portion of the elastic member; a vibration stopper part which is disposed in the first frame so as to form a gap between itself and an inner surface of the cylindrical part; and a fixing part which fixes the vibration stopper part to the first frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
