PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load estimation device of the heating object related to microwave heating capable of estimating a load of a heating object related to microwave heating in a simpler configuration, a microwave heating device, and a load estimation method of the heating object related to microwave heating.SOLUTION: A load estimation device 8 comprises a leakage microwave detection unit 31 and a load estimation unit 32. The leakage microwave detection unit 31 detects a leakage microwave leaking from a chamber 3 housing a heating object 50. The load estimation unit 32 estimates a load of the heating object 50 on the basis of prescribed relationship indicating relationship between a supply microwave as a microwave emitted toward the inside of the chamber 3 and the leakage microwave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
