PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the manufacturing cost of instruments for conventional microwave oven is high.SOLUTION: Silicon paste is obtained using sol-gel processing, and mixed with a carbon oxide material and N,N-dimethylacetamide to form a carbon material fluid dispersion, a coating compound is produced by mixing the silicon paste and carbon material fluid dispersion, the coating compound is applied to the surface of a board, and then the coating compound is sintered at a temperature of 200°C-300°C thus producing a microwave heating plate. A production method thereof is also provided. A silicon paste for producing a microwave heating plate becomes glassy structure when cured, and capable of adhering a carbon material effectively and, at the same time, capable of reducing use of energy effectively because the sintering temperature is 200°C-300°C, thus reducing the production cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
