PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose services reducing opportunity losses with respect to users of parking lots with due considerations to profitability of large-sized shopping facilities.;SOLUTION: A parking lot guide device according to the present invention comprises: a shop profit management unit that predicts a profit of a shop; a service creation unit that creates candidates of services to be provided at the shop in accordance with a waiting time of a vehicle entering a parking lot annexed to the shop, and a predicted profit; a waiting time prediction unit that predicts a waiting time of the vehicle; and a service proposition unit that acquires the candidate of the service corresponding to the predicted waiting time of the created candidates of the services, and displays the acquired candidate of the service on a terminal device, which an occupant of the vehicle operates, together with the predicted waiting time.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
