PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner particle using a resin fine particle excellent in solvent resistance, having affinity with carbon dioxide, and having a small particle diameter (submicrometer or less).;SOLUTION: A toner particle has a core-shell structure including a core and a shell derived from a resin fine particle on the surface of the core. The resin fine particle is a resin fine particle formed of one or two or more resins including a unit having an organic polysiloxane structure represented by the following formula (1), a functional group A to be a hydrogen bond donor, and a functional group B to be a hydrogen bond receptor.
