PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly accurately measuring the position/posture of a toothbrush in brushing relative to the teeth row, even when the position/posture of a teeth row change, and a measuring system thereof.SOLUTION: The method for measuring the position/posture of the toothbrush includes the steps of: generating a magnetic field by a transmitter; detecting, by a receiver installed in the magnetic field, first information regarding the position and posture of the teeth row relative to the transmitter, and second information regarding the position and posture of the toothbrush relative to the transmitter; and calculating third information regarding the position and posture of the toothbrush relative to the teeth row on the basis of the detected first information and second information.
