In view of such a current situation, there is a demand for a system and a method whereby a series of processing ranging from the order placement for the gas tool to the payment are carried out via a website. The order of a gas tool and the installation work from a gas provider, a completion report from a supplier, an approval to the completion report, and the payment to the supplier are carried out via a website.
