PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen generator effectively using silicon fine particle, contributing to environmental protection, high in biological safety in health and medical field and effective, a manufacturing method of hydrogen water capable of reducing manufacturing cost by using the hydrogen generator and hydrogen water.SOLUTION: Hydrogen water having prescribed controlled hydrogen concentration in a solution is obtained by generating hydrogen by contacting one including silicon fine particles or silicon fine nano particles obtained by crushing the silicon fine particles in an ethanol solvent by a bead mill machine and/or one which a part thereof becomes aggregate with water or a solution in the sealed container and/or dispersing the same in the water or the solution after treating a part or all of a surface silicon oxide membrane with hydrogen peroxide (HO) solution. According to hydrogen manufacturing of the invention, hydrogen water containing dissolved hydrogen at concentration and amount durable against a practical use can be effectively and safely manufactured by using the silicon fine particles as a starting materials.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9b
