PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably determine fuel shortage of gas fuel even when a determination threshold of a pressure has hysteresis.SOLUTION: A pressure measuring section measures a pressure of gas fuel. A fuel shortage determination section determines that the gas fuel is insufficient when the pressure measured by the pressure measuring section is varied from a value higher than a reference value on the low side to a value lower than the reference value on the low side. The fuel shortage determination section determines that the gas fuel is not insufficient when the pressure measured by the pressure measuring section is varied from a value lower than a reference value on the high side to a value higher than the reference value on the high side. Further, the fuel shortage determination section determines that the gas fuel is not insufficient when the pressure measured by the pressure measuring section first exceeds the reference value on the low side from the value lower than the reference value on the low side after the pressure measuring section starts to measure the pressure.
