PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation device having high drive efficiency.SOLUTION: The oscillation device includes: a vibrator 100; a detector unit 1 which detects the vibration of the vibrator 100 to output a vibration detection signal S1; a phase shift unit 3 which generates a phase shift signal S3 in order to positively feedback a drive signal S4 to the vibrator 100; an amplitude detector unit 2 which detects the amplitude of the vibration detection signal S1 and outputs a vibration amplitude signal S2.
