[PROBLEMS] To update applicant information frequently and efficiently in a system that takes in applicant information from each job recruiting site using a login ID and password of a job recruiting user and manages them centrally. An applicant management device, an applicant management system, an applicant management method, and an applicant management program according to the present embodiment manage a session with a recruitment medium server device and maintain the session, thereby applying the applicant. Provided is a mechanism for centrally managing applicant information from a plurality of job recruiting sites using login IDs and passwords of job recruiting side users whose information is frequently and efficiently updated.
