PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a program for processing a blood pressure value, enabling onset risk of high blood pressure of a measurement subject to be determined while taking into account a sex, an age, and a body type of the measurement subject.SOLUTION: A device 1 for processing a blood pressure value comprises: a storage section 102 prestoring related information for obtaining a predicted blood pressure value based on body type information calculated from at lease sex information, age related information, and a body weight value and height value; an acquisition section 70 acquiring the sex information, age related information, body weight value, body height value, and an actual blood pressure value, of a measurement subject; and a calculation control section 101 which obtains the predicted blood pressure value by using the related information based on the sex information, age related information, body weight value, and body height value, of the measurement subject and determines an onset risk of high blood pressure of the measurement subject based on the obtained predicted blood pressure value and the actual blood pressure value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
