PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a dental implant, which enables formation of the dental implant excellent in aesthetic appreciation property, and the dental implant comprising the same.SOLUTION: A fixture 1A for a dental implant comprises an approximately plate-like connection part 2, and a plurality of route parts 3A that are elongated from one surface 21 of the connection part 2. The dental implant 10 comprises the fixture 1A for the dental implant. These configurations enable exertion of excellent aesthetic appreciation properties and an improvement in quality of a patient's life.
