PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for dental implants having excellent rotation preventing properties, dental implant including the same, and dental implant system.SOLUTION: A fixture 1A for dental implants includes: a substantially columnar fixture body; a recess located at the upper surface of the fixture body; and a fixture rotation prevention part located at an inner wall of the recess. The fixture rotation prevention part has a plurality of first wall parts that have an outward convexed curve shape in top face view, and a plurality of second wall parts having a linear shape in top face view and formed of a part of sides of a polygon. A dental implant includes the fixture 1A and an abutment 11, and a dental implant system 100 includes the dental implant and a fixture implanting device 101.
