PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a setting force of a filling material to a cell structural.SOLUTION: A cell assembly 2 includes plural cell structures 1 which are arranged in a honeycomb shape and are integrated with each other. Each of the cell structures 1 is formed with a pair of flexible belt-like bodies 11 and 12. The pair of belt-like bodies 11 and 12 are joined with each other by joint parts 13 disposed at both ends in a longitudinal direction thereof to form a cell structural 1. Plural particles 302 are disposed in at least a part of surface of the belt-like bodies 11 and 12 to form a convex and concave plane on at least a part of the surface of the belt-like bodies 11 and 12.
