PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which is capable of sufficiently securing estimation accuracy of a vehicle length of a specific vehicle having predetermined features and suppresses the cost required for constructing a system.;SOLUTION: In a vehicle length estimation device 1, a vehicle group dividing part 11a acquires detection data of a vehicle at a detection point detected by a vehicle detection sensor 5, and divides vehicles passing the detection points into vehicle groups. A specific vehicle extraction part 11b extracts a specific vehicle having predetermined features from among the vehicle groups divided by the vehicle group dividing part 11a, based on the acquired detection data of vehicles.
