PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical accident prevention system making it possible to guide medical staff, which is engaged in a medical activity, or medical equipment to a place conformable to a disposition plan, and making it easy to perform post-medical activity inspection.SOLUTION: A medical accident prevention system of the present embodiment includes an operation planning unit that divides a sequence relevant to a medical activity into plural medical stages, and creates a disposition plan of medical staff who is engaged in a medical activity, medical equipment, or both of the medical staff and medical equipment for each of the medical stages, a disposition monitoring unit that acquires the disposition of the medical staff who is engaged in the medical activity, medical equipment, or both of the medical staff and medical equipment, a state discrimination unit that obtains difference information on a difference between the disposition of the medical staff or medical equipment, which is acquired by the disposition monitoring unit, and the disposition plan, and a display/equipment control unit that displays information concerning the position of the disposed medical staff or medical equipment on the basis of the disposition plan and difference information.
