PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimal schedule for agricultural work.SOLUTION: A work process supervising device 100 acquires various types of work processes which associate various types of agricultural work with each work schedule and determines whether there are working days when resources are insufficient on the basis of work details and working days contained in the acquired work processes and information about resources to be used for work. When there are working days when resources are insufficient, the work process supervising device 100 optimizes work schedule by changing working days for work concerned contained in the work processes within the range not extending beyond a period when the work can be implemented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
