The first relevant information 46 is information in which each practitioner and a type of the specific medical practice executable by the practitioner are associated with each other. When a specific medical practice is selected, the practitioner retrieval part 31B retrieves the practitioner capable of executing the selected specific medical practice and outputs a practitioner retrieval result.
