PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conduction paste capable of largely extending life of a heater as a heating device achieving effective thermal conduction and considering replacement use or repeated uses of the heater.;SOLUTION: A thermal conduction paste is an aqueous thermal conduction paste manufactured by blending silicon carbide or boron nitride as a thermal conductive agent, smectite or bentonite as a suspension agent, and water as main agents, containing the thermal conductive agent of 30 to 60 pts.mass, the suspension agent of 1 to 4 pts.mass and water of 36 to 69 pts.mass based on total 100 pts.mass of the thermal conductive agent, the suspension agent and water, and by using the thermal conduction paste, high efficient thermal conduction can be achieved by filling fine gaps or cavities between a heating surface and a surface to be heated and easily separating the heating surface and the surface to be heated after drying.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
