PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner, a power conditioner system and a method of controlling a power conditioner which reduce a variation in a voltage applied to a load device.SOLUTION: The power conditioner includes: an AC/DC conversion section capable of an inverter operation of converting a direct current supplied from a line to an alternating current to be supplied to a load device; a switch for switching to either of a first state to perform AC supply from an AC power supply to the load device and a second state to avoid AC supply from the AC power supply to the load device; and a control section for controlling the AC/DC conversion section. Before switching from the first state to the second state, the control section controls the AC/DC conversion section such that a phase of the alternating current supplied from the AC/DC conversion section to the load device matches a phase of an alternating current supplied from the AC power supply to the load device.
