PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions for impotence improvement and increase of in blood testosterone secretion which contains as effective ingredients a Taraxacum platycarpum-containing complex extract and Red ginseng powders having enhanced ginsenosides Rg3 ingredient.SOLUTION: When Taraxacum platycarpum-containing complex extract comprising Taraxacum platycarpum extract and Aspalathus linearis extract, and Red ginseng powders are comprised at a given amount, a blood testosterone value is increased and a remarkable synergistic effect in impotence improving effect and vasodilation is exerted.
