[Problem] To provide a test paper that has high measurement accuracy and can achieve a reaction between a sample and a reagent component with high efficiency. [Solution] The problem can be solved by a test paper which comprises a porous membrane that has a first surface and a second surface, a first reagent region that has a first reagent component containing a first enzyme, and a second reagent region that has a second reagent component containing a second enzyme, wherein the first reagent region and the second reagent region are formed in the porous membrane in such a manner that the distribution states of these reagent regions are different from each other when observed in the direction of the thickness of the porous membrane.
