Procemex fully integrated web monitoring (WMS) and web inspection system (WIS) has typically a capacity to detect, take images, visualise and track defects down to the size of 50-100 microns, on both the top and bottom side of the board, at a running speed of 1,000 m/min. Thanks to smart camera architecture, the system is capable to handle extremely large number of defects per reel. The defect and break information is usually stored between six and 24 months depending on customer demands and defect data is also reported by reel and customer roll to mill information system. The system also provides remote data access for production and quality management. The advanced high-speed camera systems are available with high-speed cameras and LED flashlights for pulp and paper manufacturing. The latest systems have very high speed frame rates and high speed image processing with user friendly user interface. The latest features include programme light patterns, wet end WIS (Web Inspection System) beam before PM press section and printing house was optimising using the high speed cameras and image analysis software. This presentation will discuss the above the latest features that can be used, and the latest technology involved. Including the latest tools for plant operators and managers. This presentation covers also the main features for HD camera, high image processing, and brand New Procemex Eco - Power Zoned Strobe LED Light with features to control 12 different LED Flashlight Zones giving a very High Intensity light and equal Images qualities and how they are used to monitor for Procemex Integrated WIS (Web Inspection System) defect and WMS (Web Monitoring System) disturbances. Another new product Procemex just has launched is a: The camera and LED light modules are moved by a high precision traversing unit enabling micrometre scale dust and ink accumulation measurement over blanket width. Automatic camera focusing system ensures high quality measurement under all conditions over time.
