An object of the present invention is to provide a novel mesenchymal stem cell having excellent therapeutic effects on various diseases, a novel pharmaceutical composition containing the mesenchymal stem cell, and a method for preparing them. The present invention is ROR1-positive mesenchymal stem cells. The ROR1-positive mesenchymal stem cells are preferably CD29, CD73, CD90, CD105 and CD166-positive, umbilical cord or fat-derived.
