Elevator governor retainer and rope retainer and elevator governor replacement method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a governor rope holder capable of replacing a governor body conveniently.;SOLUTION: A governor rope holder 30 is a tool used for replacement of a governor body 21 in a governor 20 which is constituted by a governor rope 23 being stretched between the governor body 21 and a tension pulley 22. The governor rope holder 30 includes: a fixing part 31 fixed in the middle of the governor rope 23; and a mooring rope 32 whose length is twice or more as long as that of the fixing part 31, and connected to the fixing part 31. The governor rope holder 30 is used by the fixing part 31 of the mooring rope 32 and an end part of the opposite side being tied to a skeleton 16 in a hoistway 11.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
