PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cell for three electrode measurement capable of reducing the cost with a simple and compact structure and executing measurement such as accurate potential measurement of positive and negative electrodes using a reference electrode.SOLUTION: A three-electrode cell includes: a reference electrode 62 which is arranged in a container body 12 in a state insulated from one electrode 16 and the other electrode 34 which are housed in a housing part 14 of the container body 12 in a state insulated from each other; and an electrical connection member 58 for the reference electrode which is electrically connected to the reference electrode 62 while penetrating through a through-hole 66 for the reference electrode formed in a lid member 44 from the outside in an insulated state.
