PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper seating guidance device, a proper seating guidance system and a proper seating guidance method in which vacancies can actively be created.SOLUTION: A proper seating guidance device is characterized as follows: the whole seat is imaged by an imaging unit; a notification content is notified by a notification unit 4 installed in the neighborhood of the seat, based on instructions; the number of people seated in the seat is examined by a device control unit 3, based on the image taken by the imaging unit; a vacancy width exhibiting a width of an empty area on the seat is measured, based on the image, when this number is less than a predetermined number corresponding to the seat; and the notification unit 4 is made to notify a message for promoting seating in a proper interval when the maximum vacancy width of the measured result is less than the width necessary for being seated by the one and all total vacancy width on the seat is more than the width necessary for being seated by the one.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
