The sampling device has a flow channel that can suck the sample by capillary action. The flow channel has two flow channel portions connected at the distal end side and extending from the distal end side to the proximal end side. One of the flow channel portions leads to the sample suction port on the proximal end side, and the other does not reach the proximal end. It ends at a position, and an air hole is provided at the end position. The sample collection device further includes an extraction unit for collecting a predetermined amount of sample. The extraction part includes two flow path parts on the tip side of the air hole, and can be cut from the other part of the main body of the sampling device by the cutting part.
