PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stream regime calculation system capable of calculating a stream regime result at short time.SOLUTION: A stream regime calculation system for calculating a stream regime of an object sea region comprises, at lest: a tide database capable of associating a first flow velocity vector which is calculated based on rise and fall of the tide information in the object sea region with date and storing in advance; a wave field database capable of storing a second flow velocity vector which is calculated by changing tide level information and wave information on the object sea region, in advance; and calculation means for acquiring the first flow velocity vector corresponding to a date condition set by a user from the tide database, acquiring the second flow velocity vector corresponding to a tide level of the object sea region specified by a wave condition and the date condition set by the user, from the wave field database, and outputting a result obtained by aggregating the acquired first flow velocity vector and the second flow velocity vector as a stream regime result.
